SOLV Energy as a great place to build a career; in fact, most of our management team started in the field. Our proactive safety program involves all levels of the SOLV Energy family. From the newest construction worker to the CEO – everyone takes part in our safety program, verifying its implementation and evolution with technology, tooling equipment and educational changes. We utilize leading-edge technology to distribute information across our fleet. Our proprietary Sunscreen application is used to record and share Near Misses in real-time – alerting our people to new or unexpected hazards quickly.

Recognizing Our Work SOLV Energy was identified as a leader in 2023 through Cal/OSHA’s partner programs recognizing effective workplace safety and health programs among California employers. Our Arica, Oberon I & II and Victory Pass projects were designated as Golden Gate sites in May 2023 and California Voluntary Protection Program (Cal/VPP) in June 2023. OSHA spent one year evaluating our written programs, training, interaction, and implementation of our safety program and identified it as one of the California’s best. Of 16 total participants in the state, Arica, Oberon I & II, and Victory Pass are the only solar electric power generation projects to earn this recognition. SOLV Energy is the only solar EPC Contractor in the nation with this status.
