PRIVACY RIGHTS NOTICE POLICY
SOLV Energy and its affiliates (the “Company”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information of our current and former Employees and Applicants and their emergency contacts and beneficiaries.
The Company does not sell or otherwise disclose this personal information for monetary or other consideration to any third parties. The Company is committed to complying with all data privacy laws in jurisdictions in which the Company collects personal information of Employees and Applicants.1

SCOPE OF THIS NOTICE
This Notice applies to the Personal Information that we collect and use in order to manage the limited relationship we have with our Applicants. This Notice does not address or apply to (i) the Personal Information we collect from employees, contractors, or customers or (ii) protected health information (or “PHI”), publicly available information (as defined by CCPA), consumer credit reports, and background checks, publicly available data lawfully made available from state or federal government records, or other information that is exempt under the CCPA.

DEFINITION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
“Personal Information” describes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual. Personal Information will fall into one or more of the categories listed below:

Third parties to whom we may disclose this information may include affiliates and subsidiaries, service providers and contractors, government entities and law enforcement.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain personal information, including sensitive personal information, only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, consistent with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Retention timelines are based on statutes and regulations governing employment-related recordkeeping and statutory limitation periods for potential legal claims. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
As outlined above, we only use or disclose sensitive Personal Information as reasonably necessary to perform requested services, ensure security and integrity, detect and prevent fraudulent or unlawful conduct, verify service quality, comply with legal obligations, or with service providers performing services on our behalf. We do not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for inferring characteristics about you. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS’ RIGHTS
