SOLV Energy is proud to announce the release of our 2024 Impact & ESG Progress Report, Impact with Purpose. This year’s report showcases the meaningful progress we’ve made in advancing clean energy, strengthening community partnerships, and deepening our commitment to safety, sustainability, and inclusion. 

In 2024, we surpassed 20 GW of installed and awarded solar and storage projects, expanded access to clean energy in underserved communities, and powered initiatives that go far beyond megawatts. From powering homes on the Navajo Nation to achieving 100% air quality compliance across high-risk sites, our teams delivered impact with care and accountability. 

Safety remained a top priority. We partnered with Safety Management Group to assess and improve our safety systems, appointed a Senior Vice President of Safety, and expanded training across all levels of the organization. These efforts contributed to a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.63—well below the industry benchmark. 

Other highlights include: 
- 2.9 GW of new solar and battery storage installations 
- 67+ community campaigns and 1,782 volunteer hours 
- $170K+ donated through The Ripple Effect 
- Continued investment in youth education and workforce development 
- Strategic partnerships to advance biodiversity, agrivoltaics, and climate resilience 

As we look ahead, we remain focused on reducing emissions, strengthening supply chains, and expanding our impact through innovation and collaboration.
